Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Retail Chief resigns

Ambuj Chandana, president and head of consumer banking on Thursday resigned from the bank. Market sources said, Ambuj Chandana has decided to pursue new opportunities outside the bank after a successful tenure with Kotak Mahindra Bank. The bank is expected to appoint a new retail banking chief soon as it is committed to maintaining strong leadership and sustainability in its growth path.

Recently, changes at the bank's leadership has been in the news. Earlier this month, on January 5, Milind Nagnur, chief operating officer and chief technology officer at the bank had resigned. On April 30 last year, KVS Manian, the bank’s joint managing director had also resigned, and joined as the managing director and CEO of Federal Bank.
