Lloyds Technology Centre celebrates innovation, talent, and culture

Lloyds Technology Centre (LTC) marked a significant milestone by hosting its first-ever Company Day at Anvaya Conventions, celebrating the organisation’s people, culture, and innovation. The event brought employees together for an immersive experience featuring technology showcases, leadership insights, employee recognition, and cultural performances.

A major highlight was the Project Showcase, where teams presented their most impactful innovations in three-minute pitches, evaluated by a distinguished internal jury. This segment reflected LTC’s commitment to building world-class technology capabilities and fostering creative problem-solving.

Employees also showcased their talent through vibrant dance performances and a special set by LTC’s in-house band, reinforcing the centre’s focus on a holistic and inclusive work culture. LTC’s leadership shared updates on people-focused initiatives, sustainability programmes, community engagement, and the organisation’s vision for the future, emphasizing technology excellence alongside social responsibility and employee well-being.

The day concluded with the Awards for Excellence, honouring individuals and teams demonstrating exceptional dedication, collaboration, and innovation throughout the year. Adding to the celebratory spirit, children from LTC’s CSR partner NGOs performed a cultural programme, highlighting the centre’s commitment to education and empowerment initiatives.
