Man arrested for abusive social media comment

The Cybercrime Police in Cyberabad have apprehended a man for posting an offensive comment on social media. The accused, Kotipalli Venkanna, a security guard, was identified after he allegedly posted an abusive remark on a reel of actress Renu Desai shared by the Sakshi News Instagram page.
Authorities said Venkanna frequently watched reels on Instagram during his free time. On March 17, while he was at Madhapur, Cybercrime officials apprehended him and brought him to the Cyber Crime Police Station in Gachibowli. His Vivo mobile phone, used to post the comment, was seized for verification.
