Uppala Visits the Goddess on the Occasion of His Birthday

On the occasion of his birthday, Mr. Uppala Srinivas Gupta—TPCC General Secretary, as well as National Working President and State President of the International Arya Vysya Federation—performed special prayers with immense devotion and reverence, accompanied by his family, at the Kamakhya Temple in the state of Assam. He remarked that having the *darshan* (sacred sighting) of the Goddess at this holy shrine—one of the most ancient *Shakti Peethas* (seats of divine power) in India—brought him immense joy.

Arriving at the temple in the early hours of the morning for this occasion, Mr. Uppala Srinivas Gupta, along with his family members, performed special *archanas* (ritual prayers) and *abhishekams* (sacred ablutions). During this worship ceremony, conducted under the guidance of the temple priests, special *Naivedyams* (sacred food offerings) were presented to the Goddess, and prayers were offered specifically for the peace and prosperity of the people of the nation.

Speaking on the occasion, he stated, “Every birthday marks a significant milestone in our lives. I believe that celebrating this special day within the precincts of a temple enhances one's spiritual energy. Serving society is my primary objective. I have sought the blessings of the Goddess to enable me to undertake even more service-oriented activities in the future.” Similarly, his family members also expressed that their visit to this holy pilgrimage site brought them great joy and spiritual tranquility. The event was attended by his wife, Uppala Swapna; his elder son, Uppala Sai Kiran; his daughter-in-law, Sharvari; his younger son, Uppala Sai Teja; and other family members.
