Medicover Hospitals felicitates Dr. Dattatreyudu

Medicover Hospitals, Financial District hosted a felicitation ceremony on Monday  to honor eminent Indian-American radiation oncologist Dr. Nori Dattatreyudu, who was recently conferred the Padma Bhushan award. Speaking on behalf of the Medicover Oncology Consultants team, Dr. Rigved Nittala praised Dr. Noori saying that for those working in oncology today, his career is a reference point — not just for clinical excellence but for what commitment to a discipline over decades.  Reflecting on the occasion, Dr. Nori Dattatreyudu said that Hyderabad has always held a special place for him. 

He mentioned that the work done Basavatarakam hospital and the conversations he continues to have with the Telangana government on making cancer care accessible and affordable, reminds him about the need for medicine to reach the patient who would otherwise have had no access.
