Metro India newspaper Managing Director Mrs Vijaya Rajam on Wednesday visited Venkateswara Swamy temple in Vaikunthapuram, located in Sangareddy town.  One her arrival, the temple priests traditionally welcomed Ms Vijayar Rajam. She had a special darshan of Lord Venkateswara and offered garments to the deity. 

The temple priests explained the significance of the deities in the temple and offered teertha prasadam to Vijaya Rajam. She also visited the Koneru (temple pond) and Goshala (cow shelter) outside the temple. 

She expressed that having the darshan of Vaikunthapuram Venkateswara Swamy is a blessing from the past lives and emphasized the importance of developing and preserving our temples.  During his visit, Smt Vijaya Rajam interacted with students studying Vedic education in Vaikunthapuram.
