MLA Madhusudhan Reddy attends Municipality meeting, discusses various issues

Devarakadra MLA G. Madhusudhan Reddy (GMR) attended the General Body Meeting held at the Municipal Office in Bhoothpur Municipality as the Chief Guest. The MLA held discussions with councilors and officials regarding the ongoing development, basic amenities provided to the public and various issues faced by residents. MLA instructed electricity department officials to resolve problems concerning electricity poles, lines and other technical issues wherever necessary. He also advised officials to focus particularly on drainage issues, wastewater management and sanitation.

He directed officials to ensure that drinking water reaches every household properly through Mission Bhagiratha and to immediately identify and resolve any problems in the water supply system. MLA GMR stated that a new municipal office building equipped with all the necessary facilities would be constructed and that the construction would be completed within one year. He also held special discussions on the development of the thandas located within the municipal limits. He also called upon councilors and officials to work in coordination, remain accessible to the public, and regularly identify and resolve their problems.
