M3M Foundation on Saturday rolled out MAD About Health 2.0 with an energetic morning of fitness, awareness and inclusion at The Shri Ram Millennium School, Gurugram. The event brought together students, parents and iMpower programme beneficiaries to promote preventive health and holistic wellbeing.
The programme opened with a lamp-lighting ceremony, reaffirming the Foundation’s commitment to building a healthier community. Students of The Shri Ram Millennium School and children from the iMpower initiative presented coordinated performances, while young fitness enthusiasts Master Kiaan Kanodia and Master Krishiv Kanodia delivered a striking kettlebell demonstration that drew wide appreciation.
Chairperson and Trustee Dr. Payal Kanodia highlighted the significance of early health habits, noting that empowering children with fitness awareness strengthens future generations. More than 100 iMpower children participated in fitness sessions, creative activities and awareness exercises. Vibrant stalls showcased Tarang children's artwork, Sarvodya’s iMill products and creations by deaf and mute children, underscoring the Foundation’s focus on inclusion and equal opportunity.
