National Lok Adalat to be held across Telangana on Dec 21

As per the directions of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), a National Lok Adalat will be conducted across Telangana on December 21, 2025, from the High Court level to the Taluq level.

Organized under the guidance of the Chief Justice and Patron-in-Chief and the Executive Chairman of the Telangana State Legal Services Authority, the Lok Adalat aims to settle 'all civil cases and compoundable criminal cases', including pre-litigation and pending matters.

The process is free of cost, with any court fee already paid being refunded upon settlement. Awards passed by the Lok Adalat are final, with no scope for appeal. The public has been urged to utilize this opportunity by approaching District Legal Services Authorities, Mandal Legal Services Committees, or nearby courts. Proceedings will be conducted in both physical and virtual modes. 

Therefore, all the persons who are willing to settle their pending cases or pre litigation cases, may approach the Chairman / Secretary of District Legal Services Authority, Nyaya Seva Sadan in District Court complex of respective Districts (or) the nearest Mandal Legal Services Committee / the nearest Court to get their disputes resolved through National Lok Adalat on December 21.
