BJP senior leader and Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender dismissed the opposition’s concerns about delimitation, stating that the Centre has not made any announcement yet. He criticized regional parties for engaging in misleading propaganda and using the issue for political gain instead of focusing on governance.

Rajender argued that discussions on delimitation are premature and unnecessary before any official decision is made. He emphasized that the BJP supports policies that encourage southern states that have successfully controlled their populations rather than disadvantaging them. He condemned the spread of false narratives on social media and called for patience until the Centre formally announces its stance.

He also rejected claims that delimitation would reduce seats, calling it an example of the opposition’s deceptive tactics. Rajender reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to national development, stating that decisions will be made in the best interest of the country.
