A brutal murder in Secunderabad has taken a shocking turn as police arrested the accused after analyzing multiple CCTV footage. The incident occurred on May 17, when an unidentified male, aged 52–55, was found dead in a pool of blood outside J K Furniture Shop on S D road.
The victim had severe head injuries and wounds on his right ear. He was wearing a black full-sleeved striped shirt and blackish-brown pants. His identity remains unknown, and authorities are working to establish it.
Based on CCTV surveillance, police identified Shiva, also known as Donga Shiva, 31, a resident of Mahatma Gandhi Nagar, East Maredpally, Secunderabad, as the suspect. He allegedly attacked the victim with a concrete boulder following a heated argument, reportedly driven by vengeance and sudden provocation.
The accused has been arrested and presented before the Court for judicial custody. Authorities continue efforts to confirm the victim’s identity and gather further evidence regarding the crime.
