Portrait by GHMC employee touches Governor Shukla

A touching moment marked Telangana State Formation Day celebrations at Lok Bhavan on Tuesday when differently-abled GHMC junior assistant Mule Vaishnavi presented a portrait of Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla painted using her feet. Despite physical challenges, Vaishnavi has mastered the art of painting with her toes and earned admiration for her determination and talent.

A devoted admirer of the Governor, she created the portrait specially for the occasion and fulfilled her dream of presenting it personally during the celebrations. The Governor and First Lady Janaki Shukla were deeply moved by the gesture and praised Vaishnavi’s perseverance, courage, and artistic ability.

In recognition of her achievement, they felicitated her with a memento and cash incentive, wishing her success in future endeavours. The emotional interaction inspired many, highlighting how determination can overcome physical limitations.
