To enhance the transparency, accountability, and professionalism in traffic management and enforcement, Rachakonda Traffic Police on Monday introduced the Body Worn Cameras (BWCs) for the enforcement officers. 

These BWCs will be worn by the traffic police officers while on duty, recording their interactions with the public and providing an objective record of events. The use of body-worn cameras ensures that interactions between traffic officers and the public are recorded, reducing the scope for disputes and complaints.

By fostering professionalism, these cameras will encourage officers to adhere to the highest standards of behavior while on duty. Citizens can feel assured that their interactions with enforcement officers are being recorded, promoting a sense of fairness and justice. 

The recorded footage can serve as reliable evidence in case of traffic violations, disputes, or investigations.
