Raja Narasimha sanctions 50-seat medical PG center for Husnabad

Minister for Health Damodar Raja Narasimha has approved the establishment of a medical postgraduate center with 50 seats in Husnabad. During his visit to the Husnabad constituency, Raja Narasimha, accompanied by Ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao, Komatireddy Venkata Reddy and Ponnam Prabhakar, laid the foundation stone for a 150-bed hospital and subsequently inaugurated a 100-bed maternal and child care facility.

The Ministers' programme also includes the commencement of four-lane road construction under Phase-2, with a budget of Rs 77 crore for the stretch from Husnabad to Sundaragiri, and Rs 80 crore for the segment from Sundaragiri to Kothapalli. In remarks to the media, Minister Raja Narasimha highlighted that upon the Congress party assuming power in Telangana, eight medical colleges and sixteen nursing colleges were established. He emphasized the necessity of having a nursing college in every constituency and noted that more nursing colleges are anticipated to be developed soon.
