RNCC Nizamabad seizes 500g Alprazolam, two accused

Nizamabad: The Regional Narcotics Control Cell (RNCC), Nizamabad team of EAGLE Force, Telangana, apprehended two persons and seized 500 grams of banned Alprazolam in Armoor town, Nizamabad district. Acting on credible intelligence, the RNCC kept the suspects under surveillance for a week. The team arrested Ravutla Ramagoud @ Praneeth Goud (34, real estate) and Mosampally Ashok Goud (46, toddy business) at a toddy shop in Armoor. Following their confession, 500 grams of Alprazolam were recovered from the residence of Ravutla Prashant Goud (40, toddy business) at Mahalakshmi Colony, who remains absconding. Efforts are ongoing to trace and apprehend him.

The seized contraband and arrested accused were handed over to the SHO, Armoor Town, for further action.
