Hyderabad: Rein Bazar Police have arrested six accused in connection with the brutal murder of Shaik Junaid Bin Mohammed Bharmos. The arrests follow investigations into a premeditated attack fueled by personal enmity and property disputes.
The case, registered as Cr. No. 192/2025 U/S 103 r/w 3(5), 308(4), 61(2), 189(4), 49 BNS and Sec 4 r/w 27(1) of the Arms Act, involves a total of twelve accused, of whom six remain absconding.
Omer Bin Hamza Al Jabri (A1) was apprehended near Dabirpura Darwaja, while Ali Bin Hamza Al Jabri (A2), Faisal Bin Habeeb Mohammed (A3), Mohammed Maqsood Ali (A6), Syed Asghar Ali (A7), and Mohammed Taher (A8) were arrested based on credible information.
Investigations revealed that the group conspired to attack the deceased on December 3 in Chotapool, Yakuthpura. Armed with knives, the accused stabbed Junaid multiple times, leading to his death. Three knives, an Ola electric bike, a Suzuki Burgman, and mobile phones used in the crime were seized.
The arrests were conducted under the supervision of Hyderabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar, Addl. DCP A. Srinivasa Rao, Addl. DCP Md Majeed, ACP G. Shyam Sunder, and Inspector CH Nethaji. The accused have been produced before the court, and further investigation is ongoing.
