Round Table discussion on ‘Human at Core: AI, Ethics, and the Future’ held

The Dr. Pritam Singh Foundation, in collaboration with IILM University, hosted a high-level round table on ‘Human at Core: AI, Ethics, and the Future’ at Tech Mahindra, Cyberabad. The event honored the legacy of Dr. Pritam Singh, a visionary in transformative management education.Key policymakers, business leaders, and academics gathered to discuss how India can leverage AI while upholding ethics, inclusivity, and human-centric values.

Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly, inaugurated the event as Chief Guest. Padmanabhaiah Kantipudi, IAS (Retd.), Chairman of ASCI, delivered the keynote address. Kumar addressed the ethical risks of AI, such as algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, and job displacement. He stressed the need for large-scale reskilling, robust governance frameworks, and AI that reflects Indian values of fairness and transparency.

Hyderabad’s emergence as a key AI innovation hub was highlighted, along with the importance of integrating AI literacy, data science, and ethics into education. Corporate leaders were urged to ensure responsible AI adoption through regular audits and interdisciplinary collaboration.
