Shambhala receives outstanding response everywhere: Director

Shambhala stars versatile actor Aadi in the lead and is jointly produced by Mahidhar Reddy and Rajashekhar Annabhimoju under the Shining Pictures banner. Directed by Ugandhar Muni, the film released on December 25. Riding on strong positive word-of-mouth from its premieres, the movie went on to register impressive collections on Day One. With Shambhala continuing its successful run, director Ugandhar Muni interacted with the media on Friday. 

He informed that he conceived this point about three years ago and narrated the idea to producer Rajashekhar first and after that to another producer Mahidhar. He also made it clear that he maintained a balance between science and spirituality, ensuring that no beliefs were offended. He expressed his happiness seeing the audiences thronging the theatres.  He gave compliment to the cinematographer Praveen K. Bangari for his visuals and to Music Director  Sricharan Pakala for his background score.

He complimented hero Aadi Saikumar and recalled that he offered few inputs during the story discussions but once the script was locked, he never asked for changes and performed exactly as written. Regarding the story, he mentioned that he had done extensive research on areas like meteor and also trees like the peepal, tulsi and neem emit life-sustaining air which were traditionally grown in every household. He specially thanked the producers that they never compromised at any stage and stood firmly with him. He also complimented all the artists saying that they were extremely supportive.
