Shiprocket targets Rs 1,617 Crore public issue

E-commerce logistics platform Shiprocket Limited will open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for public bidding on August 12, 2026, with anchor bidding on August 11. The price band is fixed at Rs 92 to Rs 97 per equity share (face value Rs 10). Investors can bid for a minimum lot size of 154 shares. The Rs 1,617.5 crore issue includes a fresh equity issuance of Rs 8,855 million and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of Rs 7,319.85 million by existing shareholders. Proceeds from the fresh issue will fund marketing initiatives, technology infrastructure, platform capabilities, debt prepayment, potential acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.

The IPO reserves 75% of the net offer for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% for Non-Institutional Investors, and 10% for Retail Individual Investors. An employee reservation portion of Rs 10 million is included, offering eligible employees a discount of up to Rs 9 per share.

The shares will list on both BSE and NSE (the designated exchange). Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, JM Financial, and Kotak Mahindra Capital are the book-running lead managers. Non-anchor applications will be processed via the ASBA system with UPI integration.
