TCS HR Head shares career insights with ACE students

ACE Engineering College (Autonomous), Hyderabad, hosted a leadership talk in association with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to equip students with industry insights and career guidance. Mrs. Soumya Mareddy, HR Head – BFSI, TCS, delivered the session on “Navigating Opportunities, Interviews, and Essential Skills”, highlighting the importance of technical knowledge, communication skills, leadership abilities and continuous learning in building successful careers.

With over 24 years of experience in human resources, she explained TCS hiring expectations, interview preparation strategies and employability skills required in the evolving technology sector. She encouraged students to develop problem-solving abilities, stay adaptable and continuously upgrade their skills to meet industry demands. The interactive programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who discussed placement opportunities, higher education options and career planning with the TCS representative.

Prof. Y. V. Gopala Krishna Murthy, Founder and General Secretary of ACE Engineering Academy and ACE Engineering College, Director Mrs. Mamatha Rao Pasumarthy and Principal Dr. N. Sudhakar Reddy attended the event.
