TCS recruits 1534 KL University students

The KL Deemed-to-be University announced that 1,534 of its engineering students have secured job offers from the IT giant, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), during a single campus recruitment drive. The placement drive targeted the engineering batch graduating in the academic year 2027. Out of the total 1,534 selected students, 1,311 are from the Vijayawada campus and 223 belong to the Hyderabad campus.

Dr. Pardhasaradhi Varma, Vice-Chancellor of KL University, stated that the selection spanned over a week and included written examinations, advanced coding assessments and intensive personal interviews. Dr. Varma emphasized the university’s focus on industry readiness, stating that structured training modules are actively being executed to maintain their track record of 100% campus placements. He further highlighted that KL University's robust global network allows its students to regularly secure lucrative career opportunities in international markets like Japan, Germany, and Dubai.
