Telangana energised with Rs 3.24 Lakh Cr deals

  1. TSGENCO Agreements: ₹1,76,348 Crore for Large-Scale Renewable Infrastructure
  2. TSGENCO signed: ₹1.76 lakh crore worth of MoUs across pumped storage, solar, hybrid RE, and BESS technologies. Major agreements include:
  3. Greenko Group: 3,960 MW and 950 MW pumped storage projects totaling ₹29,800 crore.
  4. Sri Siddharth Infratech, Astha Green Energy, Cerulean Energy Solutions: Combined pumped storage capacity of over 2,500 MW.
  5. Bekem Infra: Integrated 1,000 MW solar + 2,000 MWh BESS + PSP with an investment of ₹14,000 crore.
  6. AMR India and Ecoren: Integrated RE portfolios worth ₹28,500 crore.

PFC (₹50,000 crore) and REC (₹31,198 crore) for financing PSP, BESS, and related power projects.

These projects will significantly strengthen grid stability, round-the-clock clean power, and large-scale storage capacity in Telangana.

TSREDCO Agreements: ₹1,23,350 Crore for Green Fuels, Bioenergy & Solar Manufacturing

AM Green: 500 KTPA e-methanol plant (₹8,000 crore)

2G ethanol & green hydrocarbons facility (₹10,000 crore)

  1. Solar Manufacturing: SLR Surabhi Power’s integrated solar cell & module plant (₹3,000 crore)
  2. Compressed Biogas: Atirath Holdings, Sri Suraas Industries, and United Telecoms signing for multiple CBG plants totalling thousands of TPD capacity.
  3. Green Hydrogen: Hygenco’s phased project scaling to 5,000 TPA.
  4. Axis Energy: 2,750 MW hybrid RE parks (₹31,500 crore).
  5. GTTCI: Thorium-based clean energy and mineral processing cluster (₹50,000 crore).

Together, these agreements pave the way for 1,40,500 jobs, while positioning Telangana as India’s green-energy power house.

During the two-day Global Summit, under the leadership of the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, investment agreements of an unprecedented scale were finalized. Through these agreements — 1,40,500 young people in Telangana will gain employment opportunities. TSGENCO, REDCO, and Singareni entered into significant agreements with various national and international companies.
