TG Ministers unveil Rs 6.1 crore development works in Chevella

Telangana Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar, Panchayat Raj Minister Danasari Anasuya (Seethakka), Legislative Council Chief Whip Patnam Mahender Reddy, and Chevella MLA Kale Yadaiah toured Chevella constituency on Saturday, launching a series of development initiatives aimed at boosting infrastructure and public welfare.

In Mudimyal village of Ranga Reddy district, the ministers laid the foundation stone for a Rs 3.35 crore road construction project funded through CRR. In Chevella Municipality, they inaugurated newly built CC roads worth Rs 1.3 crore, financed by MRR and DMFT funds.

The most extensive rollout took place in Chinchalpet village, Vikarabad district, where eight public infrastructure projects were launched with a combined investment of Rs 6.1 crore. These include an Anganwadi center, veterinary building, PHC sub-center, DWCRA hall, Panchayat office, and BC/SC community halls, funded through DMFT, SDF, NHM, and MGNREGS schemes.

Speaking at the event, Minister Laxman Kumar reiterated the government’s commitment to inclusive development. “Our priority is the welfare of every citizen. We’re ensuring that transport, healthcare, education, and civic amenities reach every household. Villages and towns are being transformed through these initiatives, and we will continue to expand welfare schemes with public support,” he said.

The program was attended by local representatives, district officials, and enthusiastic residents who expressed joy over the new projects. The visit underscored the state’s focus on bridging rural-urban gaps and enhancing quality of life through targeted investments.
