All the top 10 positions in engineering stream were taken by male students, with those from Andhra Pradesh securing the top three spots in Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) 2025 results announced on Sunday.
Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy announced the TG EAPCET 2025 results at his residence here on Sunday. Palla Bharath Chandra from Komarada in the Parvathipuram Manyam district achieved first place, followed by Udagandla Ramcharan Reddy from Konapuram in Nandyal district who secured second place, and Hemasai Surya Karthika from Vizianagaram district who came in third. Similarly, Mende Lakshmi Bhargav from Nacharam, Hyderabad, obtained the fourth rank.
For the agriculture and pharmacy categories, Saketh Reddy from Medchal district ranked first, while Sabbani Lalith Varenya from Karimnagar took the second position, and Chada Akshith from Warangal district earned the third rank. The results were sent directly to the mobile phones of the students who registered.
In the engineering stream, a total of 2, 20, 326 students applied. Of them, 2, 7, 190 students appeared in which 1,51,779 students qualified. The percentage of those who qualified is 73.26 percent.
In agriculture and pharmacy streams, a total of 86,762 students applied for the examinations, in which 81,198 students appeared. A total of 71,309 students qualified. The percentage of qualified students is 87.82 percent.
The qualifying percentage in the Engineering stream has decreased by 1.72 percent compared to the previous year. The qualifying percentage in the Agriculture and Pharma stream has decreased by about 2 percent.
