The CM said, “India has an advantage of having the right leader at the right time, in Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji. This is a wonderful time for strengthening ties between our nations. In the year 2024-25, trade worth 100 billion USD was done between India and UAE, and trade worth 1.5 billion USD was done between AP and UAE. We are witnessing very inspiring times, and AP has an ambitious development vision.”

“India is aiming to achieve Viksit Bharat by 2047. We are the fourth largest economy in the world today. We have come a long way from being the 11th largest economy to the 4th largest economy in the last decade. By 2027 or 2028, we will become the 3rd largest economy in the world, and the No. 1 economy in the world by 2047. India’s mission and vision are to become a developed nation by 2047,” he added.

With a focus on strengthening India-UAE economic ties, the summit focused on four sessions. The first session focused on Andhra Pradesh as a gateway for investment, while the second session focused on AP-UAE partnerships for expanding business across borders. Further, while the third session talked about powering digital economies through AP-UAE collaboration and a focus on AI and data centres, the fourth session focused on the Indo-UAE food corridor through agri-tech, food security, and processing.

“I met His Excellency Abdullah Bin Touq Al Marri in January in Davos during the World Economic Forum, and requested him to visit AP. He kept his promise, and today we are here. The progress achieved by UAE and Dubai is commendable. They started Internet City while I started Hitec City in Hyderabad. Their vision and execution are doing extremely well,” said the CM.

“Mid-90s onwards, I promoted IT. In the last 25 years, the impact of our policies is such that all over the world, out of four IT professionals, one is from India, and among four Indians, two are from the Telugu community. Today, in any country, the highest per capita income earners are Indians, and among them, 33% are from the Telugu community. Now, we are focusing on AI and quantum computing.

With the collaboration of IBM, TCS, and L&T, we are establishing Quantum Valley in Indian, in Andhra Pradesh. The quantum computing operations will start in AP by 1st January 2026. If America has Silicon Valley, India will have Quantum Valley in Amaravati. We are going to use technology in all walks of life,” said the CM.

“My government is totally online by making 575 services available through WhatsApp governance. By 15th August, no citizen will need to go to any government office. Once you invest in AP, it will be our responsibility to make it successful. All permissions will be given online with no need to go to any office. I’m assuring you this is my responsibility to handhold and get things done,” he added.

India is the best destination for investment, and AP has unique advantages of having a long coastline, ports, airports, strategic location, and rich natural resources like fertile land, green cover, water, wind, and solar energy. I welcome all the investors to make AP their investment destination. We will also be starting direct flights for Hajj from Amaravati soon. God has blessed me with the opportunity to create two capital cities in a lifetime. It is our promise that we will grow mutually and complete all the projects within time,” the CM concluded.
