Trivana, a boutique villa community in South Hyderabad, has secured the IGBC Pre-Certified Gold rating, marking a major milestone for sustainable and wellness-focused residential developments in the city. Located in Almasguda, Tukkuguda, the project offers low-density villa living with easy access to the Nehru Outer Ring Road and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

Developed by GHR USM Developers, the project combines the long-standing Hyderabad real estate legacy of GHR Infra with the technology-driven expertise of USM MyCity, a US-based real estate firm. The recognition highlights the project’s emphasis on green design, renewable energy, and eco-conscious infrastructure.

The villa community is projected to reduce water consumption by 37% through efficient plumbing systems, while ensuring 100% rainwater harvesting and complete on-site wastewater treatment. Nearly 30% of the project area has been reserved for native vegetation to improve ecological balance.

Its energy strategy includes an 18.9 kWp renewable energy system designed to support half of the common-area lighting load, along with 100% LED lighting in shared spaces. The project also promotes healthier indoor environments through natural ventilation, daylight-friendly layouts, low-VOC paints, and eco-friendly materials.

CEO of GHR Infra, Karteesh Reddy M, said the recognition reflects the company’s commitment to responsible development and future-ready housing. He noted that sustainability, quality living, and thoughtful design would remain central to the company’s vision.

Trivana’s certification sets a benchmark for Hyderabad’s emerging villa communities, reinforcing the growing demand for environmentally responsible urban living.
