Actor and producer Vijay Antony’s latest film, Maargan, directed by Leo John Paul, has turned out to be a success in the Telugu states. The film also marks the debut of Vijay Antony’s nephew, Ajay Dhishan, as an actor. Produced under the Vijay Antony Film Corporation banner, and presented by J. Ramanjaneyaulu of Sarvanth Ram Creations, the telugu version was released on June 27 by Suresh Babu. To celebrate the good response, the film’s team held a “Thank you meet” on Wednesday.

 Speaking at the event, Vijay Antony thanked director Leo John Paul, Suresh Babu and J. Ramanjaneyaulu. He also expressed his happiness to have launched his nephew. “I’m now planning to produce straight Telugu films along with Ajay. I sincerely thank the Telugu audience for making Maargan such a big success.”  he said.

  Ajay Dhishan thanked the Telugu audience for giving the unit of Margaan a big success. He thankedVijay Antony, director Leo John Paul, Suresh Babu, Rana and Ram Anjaneyulu for releasing the film so well in Telugu.

 Director Leo John Paul stated that without Vijay Antony, this film wouldn’t have turned out the way it did. “Even during the dubbing process, he paid great attention to detail. It was produced on a large scale with high technical standards. Ajay delivered a brilliant performance.”  he said.  Lyricist and dialogue writer Bhashyasree said that right from start to finish, Maargan kept the audience on the edge of their seats as a true thriller. He thanked Vijay Antony for giving him an opportunity to write the dialogues and songs for this film.
