The Vikarabad District Police Office hosted vibrant New Year celebrations, with District Superintendent of Police Sneha Mehra, IPS, as the Chief Guest. The event began with the SP cutting the cake and conveying New Year greetings to officers, staff, and their families.

Addressing the gathering, SP Mehra emphasized the importance of unity within the police force, encouraging personnel to work together with discipline, cooperation, and dedication. She lauded the commitment and efficiency demonstrated by the Vikarabad police throughout 2025, highlighting notable achievements in election security, law and order maintenance, case detection, and public safety initiatives. She specifically appreciated officers and staff who performed their duties diligently under challenging circumstances.

Looking ahead to 2026, SP Mehra urged all personnel to maintain the same zeal, set new targets, and leverage modern technology, digital tools, and cyber awareness to prevent and control crime. She stressed the importance of delivering efficient, transparent, and citizen-friendly services to strengthen public trust and work toward a crime-free district.
