Congress MLA Gaddam Vinod Kumar has emphasised that the Congress party is committed to addressing the issues faced by the people and that the government, under Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, is diligently working to fulfill all electoral promises.
MLA Vinod Kumar attended the elected representatives' programme at Gandhi Bhavan on Thursday. Speaking to the media afterward, he expressed that holding interaction programmes with the people is a valuable initiative by elected representatives, as it can lead to prompt resolutions for various issues.
"Through their participation in such programmes, elected representatives gain insights into the challenges confronting the people. Furthermore, addressing these problems fosters trust and confidence among the people in their government. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to TPCC President Mahesh Kumar for organising this exceptional event," he stated.
The MLA attributed the credit for constructing the road to the Ugga temple in Bellampalli to the Congress party and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. He mentioned that the State government has invested Rs. 30 crore in building roads in Nennel mandal, an achievement that is unprecedented in prior years, and is actively pursuing a special plan for the development of Kazipet mandal.
The MLA expressed that he had sought special funding from Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for the development of Bellampalli municipality. However, he noted a lack of cooperation from the Forest department regarding the development of the constituency and the Podu lands. He urged Forests Minister Konda Surekha to take the initiative in this regard and provide support for the constituency's development.
