Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka remarked that the Telangana Vision Document was not created in secrecy; instead, it results from a democratic and participatory approach, influenced by the input of notable figures, consultations with experts, and feedback from citizens. Therefore, it is not simply a government document but rather a reflection of the people of Telangana.

During his address at the opening session of the Telangana Rising Global Summit at Bharat Future City in Rangareddy district on Monday, the Deputy Chief Minister emphasised that the State government aims to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2047. He stated that economic development and environmental conservation are not contradictory; going forward, they will be pursued in tandem. When discussing Telangana, many aspects are mentioned; however, Bhatti Vikramarka emphasised that our true identity is defined by how we treat our guests.

“Today, we are unveiling that comprehensive document. This vision is not for one year or one election cycle. It is built with long-term goals extending up to 2047,"Bhatti Vikramarka said.
