As part of International Youth Day celebrations, the Konaseema Youth Summit is set to be held on August 12 at Ramachandrapuram, under the leadership of Labour Minister Vasamshetty Subhash. On Wednesday, State IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh unveiled the summit’s official poster at the Chief Minister's residence in Undavalli.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Lokesh emphasized the importance of such platforms in sharpening the skills and talents of the youth. “Andhra Pradesh has immense potential hidden within its youth. Programs like the Konaseema Youth Summit help channel that potential in the right direction, aligning it with the state’s future needs,” he said. He stressed that the summit would serve as a vibrant platform for young minds to express their ideas, participate in developmental discourse, and cultivate leadership qualities. “Today’s youth must learn to take quick, informed decisions in challenging environments. Summits like these train them for such real-world dynamics,” Lokesh added.
He also congratulated Minister Subhash for taking the initiative to organize such a youth-focused event. “This summit is not just a celebration; it is a capacity-building exercise that will benefit hundreds of young people,” Lokesh remarked.
