The AIAD Society successfully conducted its 14th Doctor Fellowships Convocation Ceremony on Saturday at Sama Saraswathi Convention Centre, Hyderabad, in the presence of distinguished dental professionals, dignitaries, and over 800 attendees, including young doctors and their parents.

Presiding over the ceremony, Dr. Sunil Kothawar, President, AIAD Society, stated that these fellowships are awarded in recognition of the unrelenting, compassionate, and skilled dental services rendered by the doctors at Area Dental Charitable Hospitals, Hyderabad.  He emphasized that the fellowships are based on the type of treatment services provided, hands-on clinical experience, and the doctors’ contribution to patient care.Dr. Kothawar highlighted that these services have significantly benefited poor and needy communities. 

The ceremony was graced by Dr. C. Rohin Reddy, District Congress Committee President, Hyderabad Central, who attended as the Chief Guest. Dr. Rohin encouraged the young graduates to pursue their passions, consistently upgrade their clinical skills, and stay informed about technological advancements in modern dental practice. 

The event was also attended by prominent leaders from the dental fraternity such as Dr. Ramesh Reddy, President, Indian Dental Association (IDA), Telangana,Dr. B. Sunil Kumar, Ex-President, IDA Deccan  and other senior dignitaries. The program concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Dr. Sreedevi Kothawar, Director of Area Dental Hospitals, who acknowledged the contributions of faculty, staff, and the families who supported the graduating doctors throughout their journey.
