Warangal: In a move to empower underprivileged youth, AISECT, a leading social enterprise, has signed an MoU with City Mahila Degree College and Shivani Degree College in Warangal, in collaboration with Genpact.

The initiative, under Genpact’s CSR program ‘Skill BUILD’, will provide industry-focused training in the BFSI sector. The program aims to train 250 final-year undergraduate students from economically weaker sections (family income below Rs 8 lakh per annum), enhancing their employability and connecting them to opportunities in top corporate and service companies.

With over 20 years of experience in digital literacy, skill development, and employment generation, AISECT has positively impacted over 6 lakh youth across India. This partnership continues its mission to deliver job-ready skills to underserved communities.
