Telangana Minister for Labour, Employment Training, Factories and Mines & Geology, Gaddam Vivek Venkata Swam assured on Wednesday that all eligible poor beneficiaries will be sanctioned houses under the Indiramma Housing Scheme. The minister, along with District Collector Kumar Deepak, attended a housewarming ceremony of an Indiramma house in Bavuraopet village of Chennur mandal in Mancherial district. They congratulated the beneficiaries on the occasion.
Speaking at the event, the minister stated that those who are eligible but have not yet received houses under the scheme need not worry. He assured that steps are being taken to ensure that every eligible individual receives the benefit. He further added that around 100 Indiramma houses are ready for inauguration in the Chennur constituency, while construction of the remaining houses is progressing.
Collector Reviews Development Works
Meanwhile, Mancherial District Collector Kumar Deepak reviewed ongoing development works in Chennur on Wednesday along with officials from various departments. He inspected the construction of a 100-bed government hospital at the mandal headquarters, as well as a welfare hostel for backward classes and a primary health centre under construction. During the inspection, the Collector instructed officials and contractors to closely monitor the progress and ensure the timely and speedy completion of the projects.
