In an initiative focused on the welfare of traffic police personnel working in extreme summer conditions, Dr. Shabareesh, Superintendent of Police of Mahabubabad district, inaugurated a sprinkler-based cooling system at the Nehru Center Endakalam Traffic Post. The newly installed system sprays a fine mist of water, providing instant relief and cooling to traffic staff who perform their duties under the blazing sun. The mist helps lower the immediate temperature around the post, offering much-needed respite from the intense heat.

Along with the cooling system, the SP also distributed Milton water flasks and cooling goggles to the traffic personnel to help them stay hydrated and protect their eyes from the harsh sunlight and dust. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Shabareesh stated that safeguarding the health of police personnel who work with dedication for public safety, even during severe heatwave conditions, is a key responsibility of the police department. He advised the staff to take necessary precautions to prevent heat stroke and dehydration during the summer season. The programme was attended by DSP Tirupathi Rao, Town CI Mahender Reddy, Traffic SI Arun Kumar and traffic staff including Ramchandra, Bhaskar, Papalal Venkanna, Ramakrishna and Mohan.
