Amor hospitals conduct Cancer Day Walkathon

Hyderabad: Amor Hospitals on Wednesday hosted a Cancer Awareness Walkathon to mark World Cancer Day. The event saw enthusiastic participation from residents, healthcare professionals, and cancer survivors across the city, starting early morning in Kukatpally.  Participants promoted healthy lifestyles, awareness, and the critical role of regular screenings in saving lives. 

Post-walk, the hospital organized an insightful cancer awareness talk featuring expert discussions on common cancers, risk factors, warning signs, and how timely diagnosis boosts survival rates. A highlight was the interaction with cancer survivors, who shared inspiring stories of resilience, recovery, treatment experiences and life beyond cancer.
