AU Foundation, the CSR arm of AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB), organised a tree plantation drive at Basil Woods Nature School, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad, as part of Van Mahotsav under the Ministry of Education's "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 3.0" campaign.

The programme was led by Phani Shankar, Independent Director of AU Small Finance Bank, who interacted with students, distributed saplings and joined them in planting trees. The event was attended by the school's leadership, including Director-Finance Madhusudan Nawandhar, Principal Rashmi Jeswal and Vice Principal Gayathri K. The initiative reflects AU Foundation's commitment to environmental conservation, community participation and sustainable development.

As part of the nationwide campaign, over 580 AU Small Finance Bank branches across 21 states and four Union Territories will plant more than 5,000 saplings in schools and community spaces between July 1 and July 31, 2026.
