BNI Grand and Cherlapally Industrial Area jointly hosted the prestigious ‘Grand Industrial Conclave’ at the Cherlapally Industrial Association hall, Cherlapally on Tuesday.

Chief Guest J Srinivas, Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner said, the Employee Provident Fund organization, the largest social security organization in the world, is serving 8 crore live subscribers. Our corpus is Rs 25 lakh crores, which is ten times of the budget of Telangana, in fact Telangana Government can run with our interest alone. The EPFO has been serving people in a highly transparent manner.

Since it’s a special security organization, my request to the business community is not to view PF as a tax burden on the enterprise, it is purely a welfare legislation to help people in old age. Earlier there was a misconception that contributing to PF was one way, you can’t claim back the money, now the transformed scenario is, the claim settlement is done in three days, said Srinivas.

J Roshi Reddy, Chairman, IALA, Cherlapally Industrial Area said, The Cherlapally Industrial Area has over 1500 industrial units functioning here, most of which are Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), we have multiple challenges, but we have been weathering them and running successfully.

The Conclave witnessed an overwhelming response, with over a thousand entrepreneurs from the Cherlapally Industrial Area and neighboring industrial hubs attended. It featured a dynamic lineup of engaging sessions, insightful keynote speeches, and interactive panel discussions, offering invaluable perspectives on the evolving entrepreneurial ecosystem within the MSME sector.

The Conclave served as an exceptional platform for participants to exchange ideas, explore innovative strategies, and gain actionable insights to drive growth and success in their ventures.

The Grand Industrial Conclave featured an insightful panel discussion on the theme ‘Entrepreneurship 2.0 – Challenges & Opportunities Way Ahead’, focusing on strategies to navigate the future of business growth and innovation in the MSME sector.
