CARE Hospitals launches ‘Swasth Rath’

Metro India News | Hyderabad : CARE Hospitals on Wednesday launched its ‘Swasth Rath’, a community healthcare outreach initiative aimed at bringing basic health screenings closer to people and creating greater awareness about preventive healthcare. The Swasth Rath was flagged off at CARE Hospitals, Malakpet, by Mirza Riyaz Ul Hassan Effendi, MLC, in the presence of Murari, Inspector of Police, Chadarghat; Praveen Kumar Edla, Chief Operating Officer, CARE Hospitals, Malakpet; Dr. Sridhar, MOD; and senior doctors from the hospital.

The Swasth Rath will travel across Hyderabad, reaching neighborhoods, community centers, public parks, senior citizen clubs and other community locations. It will offer basic health screenings and create awareness about preventive healthcare. Mirza Riyaz Ul Hassan Effendi, MLC, said that the closer healthcare services are to people, the greater the benefit to the community.

Murari, Inspector of Police, Chadarghat, appreciated that community health initiatives like Swasth Rath can make a meaningful difference by reaching people where they live and creating greater awareness about preventive healthcare. Praveen Kumar Edla, Hospital Chief Operating Officer, CARE Hospitals, Malakpet stated that along with providing quality medical care, it is equally important to create greater awareness about preventive healthcare.
