Central Bank of India launches KYC compliance drive

The Central Bank of India launched “Mission Sampoorna KYC–2026” , a nationwide C-KYC and Re-KYC compliance drive to be held from July 6 to July 10 .The primary objective of this initiative is to accelerate C-KYC and Re-KYC processes, enhance regulatory compliance and raise awareness about the importance of updating records for a more secure banking. The campaign was inaugurated by Hemlata G. Paranjape, Assistant General Manager, Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

She emphasized the critical importance of robust KYC compliance in the modern financial ecosystem and urged the bank to ensure 100% completion of the pending updates. Key officials from Central Bank of India in this event included A. V. Ramana Murty, Deputy Zonal Head; Gajendra Singh Chouhan, Regional Head and Kanak Raju, Assistant General Manager.
