CII Telangana unit organized the 8th Edition of the MSME Summit on the theme "Future-Ready MSMEs: Technology, Talent and Transformation" in Hyderabad. The event featured sessions, spotlight talks, and masterclasses with the industry leaders, policymakers and experts.
On this occasion, Nikhil Chakravarthi, Director of Industries, Government of Telangana, said technology adoption is no longer a choice but a necessity for MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in global supply chains. He highlighted the state's initiatives like "T-Hub, T-Works, TASK, and the MSME Policy 2024", assuring government support in skilling, credit facilitation and cluster development.
R Sivaprasad Reddy, Chairman, CII Telangana, noted that MSMEs are at a turning point and must embrace "digital adoption, skill development and sustainability" to stay competitive.
While Dhanraj Tirumala, Convenor, CII Telangana MSME Panel, stressed three global MSME priorities: "digital transformation, access to finance, and green competitiveness", while urging stronger research and development and academia–industry linkages.
The summit concluded that 'technology, talent and transformation' will define the future of Telangana’s MSMEs, with collective action from government, industry and entrepreneurs being crucial for global competitiveness.
