The All India Congress Committee (AICC) inaugurated a pivotal training program under the Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan for newly appointed District Congress Committee (DCC) Presidents from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The initiative aims to strengthen the party's grassroots structure, instill ideological discipline, and prepare leaders for upcoming challenges amid threats to India's constitutional framework. The event, held at Haritha Resorts in Vikarabad, marks a historic step in organizational revival, with similar programs successfully completed in 14 states, appointing over 525 DCC Presidents nationwide.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, in his address, lauded the AICC's timely effort, describing it as a "commendable program" in an era of conspiracies to alter the Constitution. Tracing Congress's legacy, he noted the party's inception 140 years ago and its role in securing India's independence. "Parties born exploiting the freedom and Constitution Congress gifted now chant 'Congress-mukt Bharat'," Revanth criticized, emphasizing that Congress embodies the nation's self-respect, rooted in villages.

Revanth highlighted sacrifices by Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, and Sonia Gandhi, who prioritized nation over personal gain. He cited Rahul Gandhi's 4,000 km padyatra and YS Sharmila's 3,000 km march in Telangana as examples of merit-driven leadership, rejecting inheritance. "YS Sharmila had every chance for inherited positions but chose hard work," he said. Urging DCC Presidents not to view their roles as "district dictatorships" or suppress dissent, Revanth shared his journey: as TPCC President, he visited every leader's home, fostering unity that boosted Congress's vote share from 2.5% to 40%, leading to power in Telangana.

He detailed achievements, including 4.2 million digital memberships, opportunities for dedicated workers as MLAs and corporation heads, a historic caste census after 100 years, SC sub-classification, and high BC representation in local elections (49.83% Sarpanchs, 63% OBCs in municipalities). "Congress has no quotas except merit," Revanth asserted, warning against misusing positions and vowing close monitoring. He accused BJP of plotting against Congress, silencing Rahul Gandhi in Parliament, and filing cases against Sonia and Rahul to eliminate the Gandhi family politically. "Gandhis sacrificed three lives for India; do they need money?" he questioned, adding BJP's fascist tactics aim to stifle Dalits, minorities, and the poor.

The program saw participation from key leaders including TPCC President B. Mahesh Kumar Goud, AP PCC Chief YS Sharmila, AICC observers, and state functionaries. It focused on booth-level strengthening, social media vigilance, and ideological training, drawing from historic camps like the 1970 Bapatla session.

In his remarks, Mahesh Kumar Goud hailed Sangathan Srijan as a historic program fostering quality leadership and national change. He urged imbibing Congress ideology, noted training's necessity, and called life a continuous learning process. "Congress is the haven for sacrificers; becoming DCC President is fortune," he said, advising adherence to AICC policies. Praising Revanth's leadership for rebuilding trust and implementing six guarantees, Goud criticized KCR's mismanagement and Modi's divisive fascism. He predicted Congress's return in Telangana, Rahul as PM, and unmatched welfare, emphasizing booth strengthening and social media focus.
