In a proactive move to maintain law and order, Mahabubabad Town Police conducted a counseling session for several rowdy sheeters operating within the Town Police Station limits on Sunday. The session was organized on the directions of Mahabubabad District Superintendent of Police Dr. Shabarish and under the guidance of DSP Tirupati Rao. Town Inspector Raghupathi Reddy personally addressed the rowdy sheeters during the meeting. Speaking to the individuals, Inspector Raghupathi Reddy advised them to stay away from all illegal and anti-social activities.
He urged them not to disturb public peace and harmony and encouraged them to lead respectable and law-abiding lives. He made it clear that the police department will maintain continuous surveillance on the movements of all individuals with active rowdy sheets. “Any involvement in criminal activities in the future will be met with strict legal action,” the inspector warned. The police officer also called upon the rowdy sheeters to cooperate with the police in maintaining peace and security in the area. He asked them to immediately share information with local police about any suspicious persons or activities. The counseling session is part of the district police’s ongoing efforts to prevent crime and promote rehabilitation of individuals with a history of rowdyism.
