The Naskal unit is among the recently sanctioned 52 standalone ATCs for the rural constituencies. The Naskal ATC is getting constructed with the estimated cost of 45.15 crores and works are expected to be completed within a year.

Labour and Employment, Mines & Geology Minister Dr. G. Vivek Venkatswamy said that providing suitable and future-ready employment opportunities to educated youth is one of the key promises of the Congress government. The construction of Advanced Training Centres (ATCs) across the state is part of a comprehensive action plan to achieve this goal, the Minister stated.

Dr. Vivek Venkatswamy was speaking after laying the foundation stone for the ATC building at Naskal village in Pargi constituency on Saturday. He said the centre would play a crucial role in equipping local youth with skill-based training and open up ample employment opportunities in the coming years.

He said that state government is spending 4000 crores for establishment of ATCs in collaboration with TTL.

With several industries being established across the state, youth trained at ATCs will have access to quality jobs, he added. Despite financial constraints, the government is making all-out efforts to meet the needs of the people, the Minister said, and appealed to the youth to be prepared to take up job opportunities wherever they are available and succeed in life.

The Minister alleged that the previous government failed to care for public welfare and left the state burdened with massive debts.

He said that the people’s government in Telangana is working with sincerity and commitment for the welfare of all sections of society.

He said the present government is committed to providing housing for all eligible beneficiaries and fulfilling the dream of owning a house for lakhs of families.

He informed that lakhs of Indiramma housing units are being sanctioned across all constituencies in the state in a phased manner. Pargi MLA T. Rammohan Reddy, who also spoke on the occasion, said the new ATC would open the doors to bright opportunities for the youth of the constituency in the years ahead. He said the state government is sincerely working towards job creation and enhancing youth employability. The MLA thanked the Minister for responding positively to his request and sanctioning the ATC for Naskal village in Pargi constituency.
