Medchal-Malkajgiri District Revenue Officer (DRO) Haripriya, along with Law Officer Chandravathi, received the grievances of the complainants from different parts of the district on Monday. As many as 115 complaints were received at the Medchal Malkajgiri district collectorate. The DRO advised the district authorities of the concerned departments to examine the applications received and take further action. 

Speaking on the occasion, the DRO instructed that the district officials of the concerned departments should respond to the requests of the people in the public and  resolve them at the earliest  and also upload the action taken on the requests on the online portal.  She advised the officials to monitor the pendency of the petitions received during the Prajavani program and resolve the issues-both online as well as offline. Similarly, the DRO directed the officials of various departments to expedite the disposal of pending cases of CMO Prajavani. District officials of various departments and others were present on the occasion.
