NITI Aayog Special Officer Rajat Saini directed officials to ensure the complete implementation of assigned targets during his visit to Tiryani mandal on Monday. Accompanied by District Collector Haritha, he reviewed various development works and assessed the progress of NITI Aayog programmes.

He conducted a surprise inspection at the government hospital and expressed satisfaction over the performance of doctors and staff. After examining outpatient and inpatient records, he appreciated the medical team for promoting institutional deliveries, as most pregnancies in the mandal are being handled at the hospital.

Later, he visited a newly constructed Anganwadi centre and reviewed facilities, attendance of children, nutrition supply, and record maintenance. He instructed officials to complete all development works taken up with NITI Aayog funds on time and maintain quality standards.

At a review meeting held at the Collectorate under Sampurnata Abhiyan 2.0, Saini stressed coordination among officials to achieve block and district targets. He emphasized child nutrition, tuberculosis identification, sanitation drives, and completion of drinking water and toilet facilities in Anganwadi centres and schools before the next academic year. He also flagged off ambulance services during the programme.
