29th foundation day of Bhadradri Co-op Urban Bank celebrated

The 29th foundation day of Bhadradri Cooperative Urban Bank was celebrated grandly at its Head Office in Gandhi Chowk, Khammam on Saturday. On this occasion, the bank’s Chairman Cherukuri Krishnamurthy cut the cake and conveyed wishes to depositors, investors, staff, past and present directors and other well wishers. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the bank is lending to various sections of the society thereby playing a crucial role in their social upliftment. 

He stated with the establishment of two more branches, the total number of branches of the bank rose to 25. He thanked the depositors for the faith they placed in the bank and expressed confidence that the total turnover of the bank would cross Rs 1000 crores very soon. The bank’s CEO Dasari Venugopal called for focusing on the recovery of Non Performing Assets (NPAs) and wished that by next year when the bank celebrates its 30th foundation day, the number of branches would increase to 30.

The bank’s directors D. Raja Rao, M.Pichhayya, RP Chen Singh, RN Srinivasa Rao, K Narmada, Jayaprada, the bank’s first Chairman Madhusudhan Rao and other members of the management participated in this event.
