Hyderabad: Hansgrohe India, a German bathroom solutions brand, is targeting double-digit growth in the Hyderabad-Telangana region over the next two years, backed by an expansion of its regional retail network. The brand currently has 17 stores across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and plans to increase this to 22 stores by the next financial year. To strengthen its engagement with the region's real estate sector, the brand hosted an exclusive Developer Dialogue at ITC Kohenur, Hyderabad, bringing together over 50 developers and key industry stakeholders to discuss evolving homebuyer expectations and the role of design, innovation and technology in shaping next-generation homes.

The event comes at a time when Hyderabad’s residential market is witnessing a growing preference for premium homes and design-led developments. According to recent industry reports, Hyderabad has emerged as South India’s leading market for ultra-luxury residential properties, recording ₹8,562 crore in transactions for homes priced at ₹10 crore and above in FY2026. The trend reflects a market increasingly shaped by homebuyers seeking quality, well-appointed living spaces and enhanced lifestyle experiences. Against this backdrop, Hansgrohe India’s Developer Dialogue provides a platform for meaningful interaction with developers on how bathroom design and innovative solutions can contribute to the evolving expectations of premium residential projects. At the event, LavaPura Element S and Avalegra AquaUnit emerged as key highlights of Hansgrohe’s product showcase.

Abdulkader Bengali, Managing Director, Hansgrohe India, said, “Hyderabad is an important market in India’s evolving residential landscape, with growing aspirations for quality and thoughtfully designed homes. As we aim for double-digit growth in the Hyderabad-Telangana region over the next two years, engaging with the developer community is key to understanding these evolving expectations. We are grateful to the developers who joined us and shared their perspectives on the region’s growth. As Hansgrohe marks 125 years of expertise in shaping water experiences, conversations like these bring our legacy of design and innovation into dialogue with those shaping the future of residential spaces.”
