The ICFAI Law School, part of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) is hosting the 10th NJYS Memorial National Moot Court Competition from 29 to 31 August 2025 at IFHE’s campus in Donthanapally and is inviting teams. Each team is to comprise two speakers and one researcher.

Registration fees is Rs 2,500 for early bird entries (by 30 June 2025) and Rs 3,000 for regular registration (by 31 July 2025), with accommodation at Rs 5,000. Key dates include the release of moot propositions on 7 June, memorial submission by 17 August, and the inaugural ceremony on 29 August.

The upcoming moot court competition marks a decade of promoting academic excellence and advocacy skills, following successful editions, including the 33rd All India Inter-University Moot Court in 2017 and virtual events from 2020 to 2022. The 8th and 9th editions, held offline in 2023 and 2024, set the stage for this milestone event.

The competition features five rounds: two preliminary rounds, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals, with Proposition 1 used for preliminary and quarter-final rounds, and Proposition 2 for semi-finals and finals. Teams will submit memorials for both sides of the dispute, with scoring based on written submissions (20 points) and oral presentations (80 points), judged on argument substance, advocacy skills, articulation, and court manners.
