Inter-Collegiate seminar on ‘GST 2.0’ held at IIMC

The Indian Accounting Association (IAA), Hyderabad Branch, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management and Commerce - (IIMC), organized an Inter-Collegiate Seminar on the topic “GST 2.0 - The New Tax System and its Impact on the Economy at the IIMC campus auditorium on Saturday Dr. K. Ch. A. V. S. N. Murthy, Vice-Chairman, IAA, attended as the Chief Guest. He said that seminars like this help in enhancing the professional skills of faculty and students, and that IAA will continue to organize such programs in the future. Prof. G. Naresh Reddy, Registrar, Osmania University and Secretary, IAA Hyderabad Branch, who attended as the Guest of Honor, said that such programs should be conducted in more colleges to increase awareness on GST-related issues. The program was presided over by Prof. Vangapalli Viswanatham, Chairman, IIMC College. Faculty from IIMC, faculty and students from various colleges participated in the event.
